For over a decade the directors of Funding 4 Lending Limited have nurtured relationships with their borrowers. A spirit of openness and dialogue between lender and borrowers has been built, based upon which those relationships continue to flourish.
SECURITY
All loans made by Funding 4 Lending Limited are made on a secured basis and no unsecured loans are considered. Security is a key element at every transactional level and we only provide wholesale funding to financiers who in turn take security for the asset finance they provide.
